I don't desire to terminate/alter the registered state since the financial institution accounts there are still valid.I known as ebay and they claimed it was an issue with Every single merchant's paypal account. I explained to the rep which was very unlikely. Whats the likelihood of me getting 7 goods from 7 merchants and all seven have a problem??
